The juried OCAC Student Exhibition offers a glimpse at the new artistic directions of OCAC’s degree and continuing education students. Innovative approaches, stylized techniques and personal imagery contribute to pieces ranging from utilitarian to conceptual to autobiographical.

Following the success of the Boxcar One debut in June 2014 at Oregon College of Art and Craft, Revolution Design House has invited 30 artists to turn a Boxcar succulent planter set into a truly unique piece of art. The amazing results range widely in artistic medium, style, and concept, and will be shown during a one night pop-up gallery during Design Week Portland. Participating artists include OCAC faculty Heidi Schwegler, Ben Ediger, and OCAC Alum Todd Isaacs, Amanda Wall-Graf, Derek Faust, Erik Newgard and Justin Nickles.MORE>

Saturday life drawing is an opportunity for you to draw independently. There is no instructor. No preregistration is needed, just stop by the front desk on the day you wish to attend and pay for your class. Adults only please. Cost is $7 per session for OCAC students, OCAC members, and the Nike Design Atelier and the cost for general public is $11. Model: to be arranged.
